Quincy Tea Party members Jeff Kerkhoff, Mecki Kosin, and Sam Franklyn prepare the final totes for shipment to LTC Mark Bieger of the 4-2 Stryker Brigade. LTC Bieger will pass these care packages out to his troops in Iraq.
